01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the zx77 website at zx77.biz, creating a zx77 account, or placing any bet or wager through the zx77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the zx77 platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through zx77, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, and other markets), live casino games (Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Blackjack, Poker), slot games, Fortune Bingo, the Ezugi Live studio lobby, and any promotional or bonus programmes made available to registered account holders.

zx77 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the zx77 platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly whenever material changes are made.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain a zx77 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zx77 strictly prohibits access to its real-money gaming services by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either imposed by zx77 or by any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing active zx77 account. Only one account per person, household, device, or shared IP address is permitted.

zx77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a flagged account review. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.

By completing registration on zx77, you warrant that all information you have provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this section. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your zx77 Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your zx77 account that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings, which is strongly recommended.
• Never share your zx77 Login details with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your zx77 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify the zx77 support team immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.

zx77 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other communication channel to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from zx77 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

All activity conducted through your zx77 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is deemed to have been conducted by you personally, unless you have notified zx77 in writing of a suspected account compromise prior to the activity in question occurring. zx77 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on the zx77 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Withdrawals are available exclusively to fully KYC-verified zx77 account holders. A withdrawal request will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the same account, unless an exception is approved in writing by the zx77 compliance team. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect account holders from unauthorised fund diversion.

zx77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal request above Rs 100,000 or where the account activity pattern triggers an internal compliance review. Such requests must be fulfilled before the withdrawal is processed. zx77 is not liable for delays caused by a player's failure to provide requested compliance documentation.

Deposits made in error — for example, to an incorrect JazzCash number — cannot be reversed by zx77 once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment network. Players are advised to double-check all payment details before confirming any transaction. zx77 customer support can assist in investigating disputed transactions but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost due to player error.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

zx77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual offer page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each offer page and ranges from 10x to 40x depending on the promotion type.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire within the time period stated on the offer page, measured from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Game-specific contribution rates are displayed on the promotions page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your zx77 account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the original bonus being forfeited.
• Eligibility: Each promotional offer specifies whether it is available to new players only, existing players, or all registered account holders. Attempting to claim a bonus for which you are not eligible will result in the bonus being voided.

zx77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event that a promotion is withdrawn while players have active bonus balances, the applicable wagering requirement will remain in effect until the time limit expires or the wagering is completed, whichever occurs first.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, and other gaming products available through zx77 are governed by specific product rules published on the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed by the zx77 platform. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed after confirmation unless a specific cash-out or bet cancellation feature is available for the relevant market and has been exercised by the player within the permitted window.
• zx77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were published in error due to a technical fault or human error. Players will be notified and their stake returned in such cases.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome, the result recorded by the zx77 server logs will be treated as definitive. Live casino game outcomes are additionally governed by the studio provider's (including Ezugi's) own certified records.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and game types. Current limits are displayed within the relevant product section and may be adjusted by zx77 at any time without notice.
• In-play cricket betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing throughout the course of a match. Bets accepted before a market suspension take effect are valid at the odds at which they were confirmed.

For all cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan internationals, Test matches, and the ICC T20 World Cup — the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board or governing body will be used to settle all outstanding markets. zx77 does not accept liability for delays in result confirmation caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to weather interruptions, Duckworth–Lewis–Stern method recalculations, or official protests.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zx77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one zx77 account per person, household, device, or shared IP address.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market using separate accounts (arbitrage or "arbing") with the intent to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, where such activity is identified as system exploitation.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile wallet provider after a deposit has been used to place bets.
• Exploiting any software bug, game error, or display anomaly that results in an advantage not available under normal operating conditions. Such outcomes must be reported to zx77 support immediately.
• Using the zx77 platform for any money laundering activity or to transfer funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to access the zx77 platform or any of its systems in an unauthorised manner, including through hacking, phishing, or social engineering directed at zx77 staff.

08 Intellectual Property

All content published on the zx77 platform, including but not limited to the zx77 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of zx77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zx77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any zx77 content without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the zx77 platform.
• Use the zx77 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without explicit written authorisation from zx77.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the zx77 website on any other website or platform.

Any use of zx77 content beyond the scope of the limited licence granted above constitutes an infringement of zx77's intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zx77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the zx77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected profits resulting from technical failures, platform downtime, or connectivity interruptions.
• Loss of data, account access, or account balance arising from circumstances beyond zx77's reasonable control, including cyber attacks, force majeure events, or third-party payment network failures.
• Any decision made in reliance on information published on the zx77 platform, including odds, statistics, or game rules.

zx77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your zx77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

zx77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing all registered players with the tools necessary to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all zx77 account holders from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you add to your zx77 account. Limits can be decreased immediately but increases take 72 hours to take effect, allowing a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration within a single session.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications that display your net session profit or loss to help you maintain awareness of your gaming activity.

11 Amendments to Terms

The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific future effective date is stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the zx77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the zx77 platform and request account closure via [email protected] before the effective date of the changes. Accounts closed in response to Terms & Conditions amendments will have any verified remaining balance returned to the player's nominated withdrawal method.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zx77 holds its international gaming licence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the zx77 internal complaints procedure set out in Section 13 below shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body as specified in zx77's licensing conditions. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
